Anything Auto Detailing · Client · Lead workflow
Turning disconnected customer channels into one operating workflow.
1. Outcome
A new website and lead system for a Gold Coast car-detailing business, so enquiries get answered and followed up.
2. The problem
Leads came in from Facebook ads, the website, phone calls and messages, and nobody tracked or followed them up. Bookings and leads sat in two systems that didn't talk to each other.
3. My responsibility
I scoped the work, ran the client calls, decided what to build and directed Claude Code.
4. Before and after
Before
- Leads arrive on four channels
- Nobody tracks or follows them up
- Bookings and leads in separate systems
After
- Enquiries land in one CRM
- Automatic reply, follow-up and missed-call text
- A 7am call list each morning
5. What was built
- A 23-page website whose quote form creates the contact and the job in their CRM and texts the team.
- An instant reply, a follow-up sequence on days 1, 3, 7 and 14, and missed-call text-back.
- A sync from their booking system into the CRM, and a guard that stops automatic texts to anyone the team has already phoned.
- A 7am call list each morning, and a monthly report that also checks the system itself is healthy.
- A build check that stops 12 claims the business can't stand behind from ever reaching the site.

6. AI and controls
- Automatic messages stop once a person from the business has reached the customer.
- The site publishes an llms.txt so AI search tools describe the business correctly.
- Client calls recapped with Verbatim.
7. Evidence
- 23 of 23
pages answering, and 11 of 11 old-site links redirecting correctly
